Cheesecake is what most people come for. It is nowhere near all she does — and the whole range is orderable, with real lead times.
Loaded, layered, cut to show the inside. Rotating flavours — strawberry crunch, banana pudding, Biscoff, peach, key lime, coconut, Oreo, red velvet.

Seven years, no front door
Kimmy Cakes started in 2019 as a home bakery in Columbus, Georgia. No storefront, no counter, no sign — just her kitchen, her hands, and orders that came in by message.
7,200 people found it anyway.
They kept coming back for cheesecake that was cut thick and loaded, cookies worth hiding from the rest of the house, and cakes that showed up looking exactly like the day deserved. Now the bakery is getting an address to match its reputation.
